Job Details:

  • Answering phones, greeting and helping walk in customers.
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry including payment processing.
  • Receiving and putting away small parts and plumbing fixture orders.
  • Permit processing and tracking.
  • Updating and managing CRM and accounting databases.
  • Collections calls, sending statements and ensuring customer payments are up to date.
  • Office supply orders, managing front area tidiness and organization. 
  • Be the first face and voice of Silvertip customer inquiries.
  • Assisting other office staff with multiple tasks such as filing, scanning documents, making folders and labels, opening and sorting mail and day to day operational tasks of a small business.
  • Register Kinetico systems for warranty.
  • Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm. Flexible time off available for personal holidays.
  • Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
