Job Details:

  • Answering phones, greeting and helping walk in customers with filter or parts sales.
  • Daily scheduling of all incoming jobs.
  • Coordinating scheduling with contractors, builders, restoration companies, business owners and homeowners.
  • Managing shop stock inventory. Receiving and putting away supply orders.
  • Distributing and booking all jobs. You will be the liaison between the customers and our field technicians.
  • Small job estimating.
  • Tracking vehicle, shop and yard maintenance and scheduling repairs as needed.
  • Fielding phone calls and distributing to other office staff as needed.
  • Managing scheduling software, updating client details as needed, uploading photos and/or documents as required for jobs.
  • Permit processing and tracking.
  • Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm. Flexible time off available for personal holidays.
  • Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
